Throughout the units, careful attention to detail has been paid with a focus on sleek but cozy minimalism. Stylish, contemporary furnishings are paired with curated art to complete the creative mood. the story

Jessica and Jim Zimmer are the owners of Upstairs and the graphic design studio located on the property. Their vision began with a search for new office space and ended with a gut renovation of a one hundred and twenty-five-year-old building, a contemporary art gallery collaboration, and construction of two new Airbnb units.

Passionate travelers who have enjoyed their stays at boutique hotels around the world, they wanted to share some of their favorite hospitality experiences and their love of design in the special touches brought in throughout the spaces.
